    I  hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Jane Lake Pottery. If for any reason you are not please contact me stating the reasons why. I can accept returns within 7 working days of it reaching you. It must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Postage cannot be refunded and all refunds will have this deducted and the parcel is the customers's responsibility until it reaches me. Please ask for proof of postage when posting. Thank you.
